About Our Name
Our farm is named after a very special and important person in our lives, our Grandmo/mom, Gladys Lockwood (Bush).  she loved being outdoors, whether it was working in her garden, fishing, hunting or just sitting.  Every year she had a huge garden, grandpa would work the fields for her and then she would take care of the planting, harvesting, canning, she did it all.

Grandma loved having her family around and always made sure we were taken care of and had a good home cooked meal.  Gladys was a strong, hard working, dedicated woman.  she loved being around children, whether they were hers or someone elses, and was often accussed of spoiling the kids just a little bit....

Gladys would help anyone that needed help and she wanted only the best for everyone.  There isn't a single day that goes by  that Grandma isn't missed, and although she may not be here with us, we all have a little bit of her in us.

We know Grandma would have loved seeing everyone that comes out to visit and watch them find the perfect pumpkin.  She would tell us not to be a stranger, be safe and watch out for those kids on them motorcyles!
